My father-in-law, Corey Stull, has dementia. He is 59 years old. He is an IRIS participant. He last worked full time as a Director of Nursing in December 2018. He wants to be productive. We have limitations on how much he can earn working to not lose his SSDI benefits. This is currently his only income. He is on Medicaid. We have started to work with DVR and have just completed the intake process. We are awaiting being connected with a jobs counselor. We are trying to keep our options open. Tara Miller, our IRIS consultant, mentioned FEIST in our monthly meeting yesterday. We would be interested to connect and receive any consultation to determine if there is an opportunity to work with FEIST to help with the job search and placement for Corey.

Corey is currently living with us but will be going into community based care in an adult family home shortly.
