REACH – Women’s Social Group
Biweekly Event on Monday Afternoons 4-5:30pm. This social group offers a place where women can socialize and interact with their peers and mentors with an emphasis on personal growth and success. Each event has a planned activity with choices and the ability to choose to do what you are interested in (ex. bingo, painting, sensory crafts etc). All events are open to IRIS and Private Pay.

Feist Social Club- Men’s Social Group
Biweekly Event on Wednesday Evenings 5:30-7:30pm. This social group offers a place where men can socialize and interact with their peers and mentors with an emphasis on personal growth and success. These events are primarily out in the community doing an activity (ex. bowling, arcade, laser tag, cookout etc). This is a fun way to connect with peers in the community setting. During the events they discuss other activities the group would be interested in and meet new peers! All events are open to IRIS and Private Pay

Feist Friends- Co-Ed Social Group
Biweekly Event on Monday/Tuesday Evenings. This social group offers a place where individuals of all gender identities can socialize and interact with their peers and mentors with an emphasis on personal growth and success. These events are primarily out in the community doing an activity (ex. bowling, arcade, movie night etc). This is a fun way to connect with peers in the community setting. All events are open to IRIS and Private Pay
Alyssa Carviou – REACH Leader
Job Title: Vocational Case Manager
Work Experiences: I have spent the past four years pursuing my undergraduate degree. During this time, I worked to support myself through school at many different types of jobs. I believe this makes me uniquely qualified for this position, as I have been in my clients’ shoes many times! I started at Feist in June of 2021 as a Job Coach and have since transitioned into being a Vocational Case Manager for IRIS clients and long term supports as of July 2021.
More About Me: I’m originally from Marinette, WI, which is about an hour north of Green Bay. I worked at Subway for about 2 years as a sandwich artist, Eat Fresh! I have a crested gecko named Queso and a cat named Milo. In my free time I like to travel, hang out with my friends and family, participate in community theatre, and eat at local restaurants!
Matt Slinn- Feist Social Club Leader
Job Title: Vocational Coaches Manager
Work Experiences: I started my career in a shipping room at 18 and worked for the same company for 13 years. Throughout this time I was given the opportunities to learn and grow professionally with-in the company. After two years of Quality Auditing and efficiency training in the company I moved to Wisconsin to further my knowledge and career. In Wisconsin I worked as an Operations Manager for a uniform company and expanded on my management knowledge and experience for 4 years. While working as operations managers I was able to start job coaching part-time for Feist VCP. This is where I found my calling and passion for working with individuals with disabilities. After coaching part-time for almost a year I was able to transition to a full time role at Feist VCP, that would combine my experience and passion for management, team building, and working in the community, to help make a difference.
More About Me: I enjoy hiking and being in nature. I have a cat named Miles Davis who is 18. Sky diving is on my bucket list.
Emily Ashey- Feist Friends
Job Title: Job Coach/Social Engagement Coordinator
Work Experiences: I most recently worked as an event coordinator for a dueling pianos company! Previous to this I worked in several positions in the non-profit world working with primarily risk youth & adults for 8+ years. I graduated from Thomas Edison University with my degree in Psychology. I have received trauma informed care training, love and logic training, Montessori training, and I am bilingual in Spanish from living in Mexico City for over a year. I have previously worked with teenagers and young adults with disabilities at a homeless shelter, which was my favorite job-besides this one!
More About Me: My husband Jake and I love to have fun outdoors with our rescue pup named Moose. We always look for opportunities to go kayaking, camping, hiking, and to travel. In my free time, I also love to water color and thrift shop.
