My name is Karter and I am an 18 year old with disabilities. I have had struggles with DVR and I am wondering how to connect with Feist as a potential alternative to DVR. I am also wondering how the partnership works. Would I still be in the DVR system? Does it cost money to receive services from Feist as opposed to directly fron DVR? I mainly am just considering Feist as an alternative and would like more information.
